Exchange / refund

Most of k-doll products are made to order.

Therefore, it is difficult to exchange refunds by simple remorse.

Defective products / Exchange

The defective part of the visible part such as the bubble or point of the face part should be reported within 7 days after receipt of the product.

Please note that it may not be possible to exchange it after 7 days.


Breakage / Compensation

If the product is damaged during shipment, please take a detailed photo of the damaged courier box, product case, and damaged parts within 3 days of receipt, and contact the Q&A bulletin board or e-mail.

After a certain period of time, the cause of the damage may become unclear and you may not receive compensation.


Precautions

- There may be a stain on the surface of the head when manufacturing, but this is not bad and is not visible when spraying the coating.

- Due to the nature of the sealing packaging, it may cause a bad smell of urethane when opened, so please open it in a well ventilated place.

- Depending on the doll mold, there may be objects with thin eyelids. This is not a bad thing.

- Wigs, makeup, eyes, costumes are not included.
